First NASCAR championship for the Spectra Premium high-performance radiator<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 2018 season allowed Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Dumoulin and the #04 Spectra Premium<\/strong> | Bernier Cr\u00e9peau Chrysler Fiat | Groupe Bellemare | MIA to consolidate the achievements of the past two years. Notwithstanding the mechanical issues encountered in the first two races, the team did draw the best of the car’s potential in the subsequent races. In addition, the Canadian participated in the first Canada-European NASCAR exchange, which allowed Spectra Premium<\/strong> to promote and certify their high-performance radiator in NASCAR’s European division.<\/p>\n

During his 25 years on the track, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Dumoulin has shown an unwavering determination, winning races and titles at the national level as well as in international endurance series. His technical knowledge also allowed him to optimize suspension settings and then drawing the most performance out of it, while always taking great care to avoid the small glitches that can ruin a race. Knowledge put to good use, especially since car preparation is done in-house at Dumoulin Competition (since 2016). We can also add the administrative management of the Dumoulin Competition workshop to Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Dumoulin’s accomplishments this season.<\/p>\n

The 2018 Season<\/strong><\/p>\n

Team #04 Spectra Premium<\/strong> | Bernier Cr\u00e9peau Chrysler Fiat | Groupe Bellemare | MIA quickly rebounded from the difficulties encountered in the first two races, responding by preparing competitive cars for the rest of the season. Positive results followed quickly, with a podium, three top-5 and five top-10 finishes over 10 races, a result comparable to front running drivers in the Pinty’s series. The Dumoulin brothers’ cumulative result for 2018, with the season’s championship won by Louis-Philippe Dumoulin, demonstrates Dumoulin Comp\u00e9tition’s effectiveness in preparing cars and managing their races.<\/p>\n

“The team reacted in an exemplary way to the difficulties encountered at the beginning of the season, bringing the #04 Spectra Premium<\/strong> | Bernier Cr\u00e9peau Chrysler Fiat | Groupe Bellemare | MIA back to the front in the third race. The podium in Toronto confirmed that we are already at the top performance level on road courses. We have also been able to improve our performance on oval tracks. Canada-European Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ambassador of the Spectra Premium<\/strong> brand finished his season in the final round of the NASCAR Whelen Euro series, which took place on the legendary track of Zolder (Belgium), a circuit full of meaning in connection with his idol Gilles Villeneuve and the fact of reconnecting with a European circuit. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Dumoulin received congratulations from the other teams for his driving skills and for his ability to adapt quickly to the complexity of this circuit.<\/p>\n

First Championship for Spectra Premium’s High-Performance Radiator<\/strong><\/p>\n
