The elder Dumoulin brother is currently holding the fifth place in the drivers&#8217; championship, and the\u00a0#04\u00a0<strong>Spectra Premium<\/strong>\u00a0\/ Bernier Cr\u00e9peau \/ Bellemare Group \/ MIA team is ready to reach new heights.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During its first attempt on this circuit in 2015 having the mere goal of finishing the race, the #04\u00a0<strong>Spectra Premium<\/strong>\u00a0\/ Bernier Cr\u00e9peau \/ Bellemare Group \/ MIA team is now raising the stakes and hoping to rack up points for the championship, above all else.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re excited to hit the track again. The trials at Autodrome Chaudi\u00e8re went well. Every lap we complete on oval track is a new occasion to perfect my driving, and I&#8217;m confident I can adapt quickly. The important thing is to race smart&#8221;, explains the driver of the #04\u00a0<strong>Spectra Premium<\/strong>\u00a0\/ Bernier Cr\u00e9peau\/ Bellemare Group \/ MIA car.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;CRS Trucking 300&#8221;: mandatory pit stop halfway through<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Much like the Riverside International Speedway track (Antigonish, Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0event- August 19, 2017), which is considered a near-replica of the famous Bristol Motor Speedway (Bristol, Tennessee, USA), the Autodrome Chaudi\u00e8re is nicknamed &#8220;Le petit Bristol Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois&#8221; (the little Bristol of Quebec). This asphalted oval track (a quarter mile) is also the most steeply inclined in Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The pits are located outside the track, requiring a full stop of the race planned by the series at approximately the 150<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0lap. The drivers are also authorized to make pit stops at any point during the race; however, it&#8217;s an extra challenge as all teams will need to make a simultaneous pit stop for fuel replenishment and the tire change.
