ORDERING AND PAYMENT
For online transactions, Square payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include delivery charges, customs fees and other charges such as customs brokerage if applicable.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs and times: Delivery costs and times will be indicated according to the destination and the selected mode of transport.
Failure to meet delivery deadlines: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver products on time, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will replace or reimburse goods damaged during delivery at no cost to the consumer.
PAYMENT SECURITY
When you make a purchase with the Square payment system, your transaction is directed to an Internet payment terminal under a secure connection. Square’s security and prevention tools are among the best on the market.

You can file a complaint by phone, mail or e-mail. We will process and respond to your complaint within 3 days of receipt. There is no charge.
